Even when I sit at tables where I donāt fit in-
I still belong.
Being Different from others
isnāt synonymous with being wrong.
I have permission to sing my own song;
No one else needs to sing along,
for me to continue to belong.

This reminds me of a quote I heard a long time ago. I don't remember who said it. It went something like this. "If they don't give you a seat at the table, bring a folding chair. Beautiful reminder of self-worth. Thank you Sage xo
